Beginners- We recommend attending our weekly basics class, this class will guide you through correct breathing and basic alignment. Feel free to attend any other class and learn along the way.
Seniors- The yin yoga is perfect for seniors.
Pregnancy- Yin is wonderful for pregnant students. Always notify your teacher that you are pregnant.
If you are coming to Summer Healing Yoga for the first time you will need to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so that you may complete some paperwork before class.
Its encouraged that you pay on line this saves you money and then all the paperwork is done, no need to book for classes.
Bring your own yoga mat, water and small towel (if you get sweaty when exercising) – or you may hire or purchase these items at the studio.
